Department of affairs is responsible for the technical and organizational tasks for the governor and deputy governors, public relations and protocol, then jobs
relating to the budget and public procurement, in particular those relating to:
public relations, information and publicity, organization of duties of the governor and his deputies, the harmonization of their obligations to citizens and legal persons, bodies county level, government bodies, international organizations, political parties and associations, protocol, exercise of the right of access to information, resolving in the first instance on the rights and obligations of citizens and legal persons in the administrative procedure in the field of rights of access to information, jobs that are in the function of co-operation with the governor state bodies, institutions and citizens, encouraging cooperation with municipalities and cities to achieve joint interests and development of local self-government, the drafting of the County budget and other financial regulations and work execution of budget expenditures, keeping records of income and expenses and the preparation of the annual and semi-annual reports on budget implementation of the County, Financial Transactions and book-keeping jobs, the conduct of public procurement procedures and records of these procedures in accordance with special regulations, and other activities in accordance with law and other relevant legislation.
